We have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and undamaged from shipping.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be quickly refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
