He deploys his landscaping talent to illustrate the natural sites accessible through the railway. One of the most sought-after illustrators of this period, these posters are most often printed in Paris, notably Champenois until 1920, and other houses like Joseph Charles, Lucien Serre & Cie afterward.
Many of his posters have been reissued since the 1990s and the originals enjoy a high rating among collectors.
